Estimator
Our Company
We are 4 award-winning entities located in N.I and ROI. We work across construction and utilities holding the highest level of accreditations within these sectors.

Due to our continued growth and restructuring of the company, we are delighted to be expanding our team further with the addition of an experienced Estimator.
Your day-to-day role;
- Manage the tender from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries.
- Analysing plans/ bill of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs
- Researching, sourcing and negotiating best quotes from subcontractors /suppliers.
- Assessing financial /technical/operational risks of project
- Liaising with key members of the project team and liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Prepare take offs and undertake estimates and final account settlements.
- Review supply chain performance quarterly
- Mark up enquiries to be sent out to the supply chain, organise bills of quantities production and obtain material quotes where necessary
- Evaluate returned quotations from supply chain and liaise with supply chain member to bring quotations in line with the project specification requirements
- Liaise with and manage the internal and external tender team
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in similar role
- Motivated, driven and works well within team
- Strong contract management ability and understanding
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Site Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations and management of our sites. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising the site team, coordinating with subcontractors and other third parties, and ensuring the program is adhered to ensuring completion of the project on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise the site, ensuring safety and compliance with all health and safety regulations
– Coordinate with subcontractors and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
– Monitor the progress of work in line with the agreed project programme
– Oversee quality control and ensure that all work is completed to the required standard
– Manage the site budget and ensure that all expenditures are within the approved budget
– Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and contractors
– Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards
– Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Requirements:
– Minimum of CSR gold card
– At least 5 years of experience in construction management
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
– Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
– Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Skilled Labourer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled labourer to join our team and assist with a variety of tasks related to construction and Fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual tasks, and assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a team environment and have previous experience in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, such as joinery, electrical work, and plumbing
– Operate machinery and equipment, such as drills, saws, and forklifts, forklift ticket is not a necessity
– Perform manual tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials
– Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
– Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
– Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
-Open and close site
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
– Valid CSR card.
– Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
– Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively with required certifications
– Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
– Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
