40 Linenhall Street, Belfast is over 100 years old and is suffering from decaying brickwork and mortar.

To rectify the problem Mascott Construction will repoint the front elevation, remove loose and decayed brick faces and replace with new brick. Hilti fixings will be inserted into large cracks at the roof turret to secure loose brickwork. Support straps will also be installed at window heads and cills to secure any loose or moving brickwork/stonework.

On completion of the repairs the elevation will be washed down with a chemical cleaning agent to enhance the completed works.
