Joined Mascott Construction in 2005 in the role of Senior Estimator.
After graduating from the University of Ulster Jordanstown, Adrian returned to D.Patton & Sons where he had completed his placement year. His initial two years were in the role of Foreperson where after gaining valuable practical experience, moved into the Estimating Department as part of a three person team.
After seven years with Pattons, Adrian then moved to T&A Kernoghan where he was employed as the Company’s sole estimator and buyer. During the next eight years Adrian assumed the responsibility for winning tenders and then progressing to the procurement of both sub-contractor and supplier orders.
During both these periods of employment Adrian has gained invaluable experience in both the Private and Commercial sectors of the Construction Industry and been involved in selective tendering, negotiated and Design & Build contracts.

Member of the Company’s Estimating Team – Responsible for running the Department, from tender selection to submission of completed tenders.
Member of the Company’s Business Development Team- responsible for maintaining and developing contracts with existing clients and fostering relationships with new clients to ensure the future success of the Company. |
