Joined Mascott Construction in 1992 as a Placement Student for practical experience during study for BSC Hons Building Engineering & Management. After graduation from Ulster University Jordanstown Alwyn joined the Company on a full time basis as Junior Foreperson where he worked on various projects gradually rising in scale and value. During the period of “94 – 98” he progressed to Senior Foreperson working on high Profile Projects and promoting himself and his methodologies within the Company.
In 1998 Alwyn was promoted to the position of Contracts Manager whereby he assumed responsibility for projects from commencement to completion ensuring work was completed within time and to budgets.
In 2002 Alwyn was appointed Contracts Director and now strives to promote the Company ensuring all projects reach a very high quality standard whilst harvesting good relationships within the Project Team to ensure future projects are easily secured.
