Andrew Noble graduated from the University of Abertay Dundee in 1998. He worked for a Building Contractor in Birmingham for eighteen months before moving to Northern Ireland to represent clients while working as a Cost Consultant for James Clark & Partners and Watts & Partners respectively.
In January of 2004 Andrew returned to Main Contracting with Mascott Construction Ltd. Andrew is a senior Quantity Surveyor within the Company and is responsible for a variety of projects from inception through to completion.
Duties include estimating, contracts, buying, valuations, variations and final accounts.

Member of Company’s surveying and Estimating Team – responsible for running contracts and appointing Sub-Contractors. Ensure payments and final accounts are carried out.
Produce cash flow forecasts and projected final accounts.
Maintaining and developing contracts with existing clients and fostering relationships with new clients to ensure the future success of the Company.
