Graduated from U.U.J. in May 1991 with a BTEC HND in Building Studies. Paul has had a variety of experiences ranging from Site Foremen, Site Engineer, Estimator and Contracts Manager with different companies during which time he supervised a wide range of construction projects from refurbishment to new building, both in the public & private sectors before rejoining Mascott in May 1999.
Since 1999, Paul has been Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Health & Safety Manager for all contracts since completing his NEBOSH in September 2002. In 2004, Paul was promoted to Contracts Director where he continues his role as Health & Safety Manager.

Member of Company’s Senior Management Team – responsible for Site/Staffing appointments/resources, monitoring Site Personnel’s roles and responsibilities and carrying out annual reviews.
Member of Company’s Business Development Team - responsible for maintaining and developing contracts with existing clients and building a rapport with new clients to ensure the future success of the Company.
Responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety for all contracts to ensure compliance of H&S is maintained at a high level.
