- Ryan is a Construction Health & Safety Manager with excellent safety management and
advisory experience on various construction projects.
- Ryan adheres to and advises on statutory legislation, company safety procedures, policies and deadlines in high risk,
demanding environments.
- Ryan is responsible for managing all aspects of health & safety for all contracts and ensuring
H&S compliance throughout the duration of works.
- In the pursuit of these duties he produces construction stage H&S documents in compliance
with current CDM Regulations.
- He also conducts random site safety inspections and provides reports of the findings on all
Mascott Constructions operational sites at regular intervals.
- He also carries out accident / incident investigations after accidents / incidents have occurred
on site.
-Ryan is also responsible for identifying training needs within Mascott Construction; and
facilitating on-going training for all Mascott employees.
