Joined Mascott Construction in 1997 as a Placement Student for practical experience during study for BSC (Hons) Building Engineering & Management.
After graduation from Ulster University Jordanstown Sean joined the Company on a full time basis as junior estimator/buyer where he worked on various projects gradually rising in scale and value.
In 2002 Sean was promoted to Quantity Surveyor where he worked along side the existing Q S team on various projects ranging from Housing Executive maintenance works, school refurbishment, office refurbishment, and concrete repair projects.
Sean works closely with both the buying and site management team to ensure contracts follow a strict cash flow programme. He also agrees sub-contractor payments and monthly valuations to client representatives.
