Joined Mascott Construction in 1994 as a Placement Student for practical experience during study for HND Building Construction. After graduation from BIFHE, Millfield Stephen joined the Company on a full time basis as Junior Foreperson where he worked on various projects until August 1997.
During the period of “97 – 99” he progressed to Senior Estimator and Chief Buyer for the company undertaking all the purchasing solely for the company. In 2000 Stephen was promoted to the position of Quantity Surveyor whereby he assumed responsibility for projects from commencement to completion ensuring work was not only completed within time and to budget but indeed to a Profit to the company. In 2006 Stephen was again promoted to the Position of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Stephen is now a senior member of the Company’s Surveying/ Estimating team not to mention a key player in the companies Sales and Marketing team.

Member of Company’s surveying and Estimating Team – Responsible for Running Contracts and ensuring financial gain is at an Optimum. Monitor roles and responsibilities of all Site Personnel and Sub-Contractors. Company’s Business Development Team – responsible for maintaining and developing contracts with existing clients and fostering relationships with new clients to ensure the future success of the Company.
