Situated within the Linen Quarter of central Belfast, Mascott were appointed to undertake the ground floor refurbishments and fit-out for Cleaver Fulton Rankin, a leading commercial law firm in Northern Ireland. Delivered in a live working environment, carefully planned access and egress routes ensured our client’s daily activities were uninterrupted as the full scope of works progressed. Demolitions and strip out of the existing walling and finishes provided an open and welcoming state of the art reception, lobby along with a suite of new offices and conference rooms. The selection of ceramic tiling to entrance areas along with the new wall and ceilings provided the required modern look and ambience anticipated. Office areas with their carpeted flooring and mix of glazed and solid partitions with high quality doors, screens and furniture underline the professionalism and quality of Mascott’s workmanship but also of Cleaver Fulton Rankin.
