This world renowned manufacturer of construction, mining and heavy industrial equipment employed Mascott to undertake the major refurbishment and fit-out to two buildings providing a new reception area and separate visitors centre to showcase their products to its national and international customers.

Situated within the fully operational Caterpillar complex our carefully planned and sequenced schedule of works for the demolitions, alterations and provision of the new entrance lobby, showroom and external link walkway between the two buildings mitigated any disruption to our Clients daily operational activities.

The new reception and lobby area leads into the meeting and networking area with its new wall panelling, timber floor, specialist joinery and seating elements throughout, whilst the provision of resin floor and open ceiling provides the perfect backdrop to the showroom area.

The spectrum of finishes between the more industrialised showroom and the high-class reception, staircase and lobby areas exemplifies the excellent workmanship and quality standards achieved.
